This depends on the type of pass you have.

• Single Day admission is a single use ticket that can be presented within 12 months of purchase.

• The Super Pass is a seven consecutive day ticket that can be presented within 12 months of purchase.

• The Mega Pass is a fourteen consecutive day ticket that can be presented within 12 months of purchase.

If you cannot remember when you purchased the pass, or are still unsure of what date your pass expires, please call 13 33 86 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

Unfortunately we don't offer spectator passes as we offer great attractions for all of our guests to enjoy.

Guests are encouraged to download the Village Roadshow Theme Parks app to load their entry tickets prior entry.

If you are having trouble booking online, please call 133 386 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

Industry discounts are available to select Industry employees upon meeting certain criteria, please apply online here . If your request is approved, you will need to show proof of employment (a business card or letter from employer) plus photographic ID at the theme park ticket booths.

Children from 3 - 13 years of age are eligible for a child's Single Day Pass. Children under the age of 3 can enter the park free of charge.

Yes absolutely, please bring valid photo ID and present to any ticket booth at our theme parks and we will confirm your pass details and allow entry for any valid pass.

The Pension Rates will be available to the following guests:

• Holders of a valid Australian Government issued Pension Concession Card* (PPC) which is issued to recipients of the following pension payments:

• Sole Parenting Pension

• Mature Aged Pension

• Disability Pension

• Holders of a valid Australian Government issued Seniors Card

• Any person 65 years of age or older - proof of age is required

* Please note: The Pension rate is only available to the actual card holder and not other listed persons on the card. This does not include holders of Australian Health Care Cards.

Guests can buy their tickets online now or via the app. Download the Village Roadshow Theme Parks app to buy and to load your entry tickets.

• Guests who produce a Companion Card (https://www.dss.gov.au/our-responsibilities/disability-and-carers/program-services/for-people-with-disability/national-companion-card) are entitled to one (1) free of charge Companion Ticket so that their companion can provide care and support during the visit. Companion tickets are available at the Front Gate Admissions booths only on presentation of the card on the day of the visit. Please refer to Conditions of Entry for further information.

• Guests who produce a Carer’s Card issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities (as opposed to a Companion Card) will be entitled to a discounted admission rate on presentation of the card at the park Admission booths.

• Rates are available for holders of a State or Commonwealth authority's Disability Pension card at the ticket booths on the day of your visit upon card presentation.

• Guests with any special needs should visit Guest Services upon arrival and our friendly team will provide assistance in planning their day.

• All Village Roadshow Theme Parks offer parking for guests with disabilities. Limited wheelchair hire is available at all parks however during peak periods we recommend to call ahead to Guest Services to book in advance of your visit.

Yes, Warner Bros. Movie World has Parents Rooms. These rooms contain private feeding areas and separate changing facilities and are located at:

• Main Street – next to Peter’s Ice Creamery

• Kids WB! Fun Zone – to the right of Main Street big screen

• Taz Rest Stop – northern end of Kids’ WB Fun Zone

Proxy Queue System

A Proxy Queue System is available for guests who are unable to wait in the queue, for a number of different reasons. This means that a guest does not have to physically wait in the queue rails in order to ride. If the approximate wait time is 30 minutes, the entry host will give the guest a card stating to come back in 30 minutes and they will go straight onto the ride. If a ride does not have an entry host, please visit Guest Services and they will facilitate a time to present to the attraction.

You do not need a medical certificate to utilise the Proxy system. This system is available for use by anyone if they wish however we do ask that guests only use the Proxy System for one ride at a time to ensure fairness to all our valued guests.

Quiet Areas

There are a number of quiet areas around the park that don’t see as many people. These are the Western Town area near Wild West Falls and Taz Rest Stop – This is a designated rest area that provides garden seating, bean bags, microwaves, bottle warmers, books and toys for all guests to enjoy.

Standard Stroller

$20.00 non-refundable hire fee. The hire fees include GST and is per day or part thereof. These strollers are intended for children from 6 months of age, up to 15kg in weight and under 100cm in height.

Wheelchair

Wheelchair hire is complimentary.

A form of ID is required. A limited number of wheelchairs are available so we recommend you pre-book with Guest Services. The hire fees include GST and is per day or part thereof.

Tickets may be purchased at the admissions gates by cash/EFTPOS or credit card. We accept all major credit cards. An automatic teller machine is located at the Merchant Bank building located at the top of Main Street.

The theme park, and the Studios' management have no involvement with the productions and do not employ any cast or crew. The Studios are responsible for hiring out the facilities and each production is responsible for hiring their own personnel. Please contact the employment line on +61 7 5585 9112 for a list of productions currently at the Studios.

For the reasons outlined in our terms and conditions, we cannot offer any refunds (subject to any applicable laws).

Yes, you can change your date once within a year.

To do so, please call our payment provider Debit Success on 1800 123 978. Please note that we will need 7 days notice before the payment is due.

When we make this change, minimum period length does not change.

Debitsuccess is the account management team who will be handling your monthly billing process on behalf of Village Roadshow Theme Parks.

A member may only cancel their Membership once the minimum term has been completed. To do so please call Debitsuccess on 1800 123 978 or [email protected]

Please note that a 28 day cancellation notice is required after minimum term is completed.

If you miss a payment, the account management team will notify you of payment failure and advise that we will retry in 14 days. At this time you will incur a $10 Bank Reversal Service Fee.

If the 2nd attempt fails account will be suspended temporarily. The subsequent payment will include the outstanding amount plus an additional $10 Bank Reversal Service Fee.

When you received your confirmation of Membership, your username and password were located on the confirmation email. Alternatively please call 13 33 86 and our team will assist you in locating your login details.

You are not permitted to bring in food and drink including eskies and coolers. Guests with the following dietary requirements are exempt from this policy:

• Guests with allergies

• Infants and babies

• Pre-booked education groups

You can bring in fruit and bottled water.

Coin-operated lockers are available for hire with costs ranging from $12.00 to $20.00 for a large size locker. Lockers are located adjacent to the Main Street Mercantile.

Smoking, vaping and use of e-cigarettes are permitted in the park’s designated smoking areas only, no food or beverage may be consumed in designated smoking areas under Queensland Law.

The Gold Coast has a delightful subtropical climate. Average daytime temperature during summer (December to February) is 28 degrees Celsius. The average temperature in winter (June to August) is a very mild 21 degrees Celsius.

Comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended for your day at Warner Bros. Movie World. Hats and sunscreen are recommended year round. A light jacket may be required in winter.

The parks are a casual, family-oriented environment. Ensuring that the parks are family friendly is an important part of the Movie World experience.

Inappropriate Attire:

Attire that is not appropriate for the parks—and which may result in refusal of admittance—includes but is not limited to:

• Costumes may not be worn by Guests 14 years of age or older

• Masks may not be worn by Guests 14 years of age or older (unless they are for medical purposes)

• Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics

Warner Bros. Movie World is located on the Gold Coast in the south east corner of the Australian State of Queensland.

The Gold Coast is a very popular holiday destination for Australians and overseas travellers with some of the world's safest and most beautiful beaches, international standard accommodation, world class shopping and dining, and a picturesque hinterland. It is also Australia's theme park capital, home to Sea World, Sea World Resort, Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast, Australian Outback Spectacular and Paradise Country.

You can get to the Gold Coast by road, rail and air. It has its own International and Domestic Airport, with Brisbane International and Domestic Airports about an hour away.

Village Roadshow Theme Parks would like to advise residents of private functions and after hours events that will be held throughout the year at Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet’n’Wild and Paradise Country. To view upcoming events or if you have any queries in regard to noise during these after hours events, please view here.

Children under the age of fourteen years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

While you and your family are important to us, we are not able to monitor children while parents are on rides. We encourage guests, where they can, to bring along a friend who can assist in these situations to ensure each and every person has a wonderful day in our park.

Here at Warner Bros. Movie World, we like to help you and your family as best as we can which is why we have introduced ‘Parent Swap’. This is a service offered to parents, friends or guardians who may have a child who is unable or too frightened to go on a ride. This means that one person can enjoy the ride while the second waits with the child. When the first person has finished their ride the second person, whether a parent, friend or guardian, can then go to the front of the queue and enjoy the ride too, minimising delays and time spent apart. Each ride operates differently so please see the ride attendant. As personal situations vary please feel free to visit guest services on the day or in advance using our contact us form if you have any further questions.
