MYFUN FAMILY PASSES COMPETITION May-July 2012

Entrants must join the MyFun Club to be eligible to enter the competition. In joining the MyFun Club entrants will be required to provide various personal details. 

Entrants must enter at www.myfun.com.au and only one (1) entry per week will be accepted. In completing the competition entry, entrants will be required to confirm personal details.

Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry to the competition is free (excluding Internet connection charges). Entry is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated companies.

The competition commences on 08/05/2012 and closes at 11:45pm AEST 31/07/2012. Entries not completed in accordance with the terms and conditions or submitted after the closing date will not be considered. The judge's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters.

The winner will be randomly drawn by computer on 01/08/2012 at 9:00am AEST at Warner Bros. Movie World, Pacific Motorway, OXENFORD, QLD 4210. The winner will be notified by email and the winner's name and state will be published in the competition section of www.myfun.com.au. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner's name and/or photograph for publicity purposes. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize may be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on behalf of the winner if the promoter so elects. Winners will be required to supply MyFun their full name and postal address in order to receive their prize and MyFun may ask for proof of identity and residence.

The promoter may conduct further draws at Warner Bros. Movie World, Pacific Motorway, OXENFORD, QLD 4210 on 22/08/2012 at 9:00am AEST to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given by the relevant state regulatory authorities.

The prize consists of three (3) nights’ accommodation at Sea World Resort. Accommodation at Sea World Resort & Water Park must be taken in its entirety and is for a resort room (two double beds) for three (3) nights for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children aged 2-11 years inclusive.  Accommodation cannot be booked for Saturday nights, public holidays, gazetted school holiday periods in any Australian State or Territory and Gold Coast 600 period as defined by Sea World Resort & Water Park. Accommodation is subject to availability. Single Day General Admission Pass entry is for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 3-13 years inclusive). Four unlimited entry passes (unlimited until 30 June, 2013) to each Village Roadshow Theme Park - Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet'n'Wild Water World. Tickets to the Australian Outback Spectacular for 2 Adults and 2 Children (aged 4 - 13 years inclusive). Nights must be pre-booked for Australian Outback Spectacular.

Prize valued at $1785.00.

Prize valid for 12 months from date of draw. 

No extension of the validity date of this prize will be permitted.

The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking.

All transport and flights to and from the theme parks, attractions and residence to the airport, meals, beverages, spending money and other ancillary costs are not included in the prize, unless otherwise stated, and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The winner releases the Promoter from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration or non-receipt of entrant's communications. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions or any failure of any internet communication to be received by the Promoter. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any damage to any entrant's (or any other person's) computer resulting from or otherwise relating to participation in this competition. The Promoter also reserves the right to alter the attractions and experiences at their discretion.
