Admission Price

We offer a discounted admission rate for guests with:
- Physical disabilities requiring the use of a wheelchair.
- Intellectual, aural or visual disabilities.
- Carers (conditions apply - please see below* for details).
Discounted admission rates are available for purchase at the ticket booths only on the day of visit upon the presentation of a State or Commonwealth issued Disability Pension Card. Please advise the cashier when purchasing admissions tickets to receive the discounted rates.

Carer Admission*

- Guests who produce a Companion Card (http://www.companioncard.gov.au/) are entitled to one (1) free of charge companion ticket so that their companion can provide attendant care support during the visit.
- Guests who produce a Carer's Card (or similar) issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities (as opposed to a Companion Card) will be entitled to a discounted admission rate.

Visit With a Companion

Guests with a physical disability may consider visiting the park with someone who can physically assist them if necessary. Discounted admission prices for the carer of a guest who has a physical disability are available at the ticket booth upon request (conditions apply, please see above).

First Aid

Registered Nurses staff Warner Bros. Movie World First Aid Centre (Map Reference K6). Any personal medical equipment, for example ventilators, may be stored and used at First Aid. First Aid does not supply such equipment for everyday use. Medication which requires refrigeration may also be stored at First Aid.

Wheelchair Hire

A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available for hire at Guest Services (Map Reference G5) for a minimal cost. Wheelchairs are available complimentary, however a $20.00 refundable deposit is required upon collection. We strongly recommend prebooking with Guest Services by calling (07) 5573 8380.
* A form of ID is required. The hire fees include GST and is per day or part thereof.

Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs

Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs are welcome in our park. Service Animals are allowed in most locations throughout the park with the exception of some restricted areas. We ask that dogs wear their working vest identifying their role at all times.

Assistive Listening Service

Warner Bros. Movie World offers an Assistive Listening service, which amplifies sound through headphones or induction loop at specific theme park attractions for guests with hearing difficulties. A $25.00 refundable deposit is required, refundable when returned on the same day.
Assisted Listening systems operate at the following locations:
- Main Entrance, Booth 14
- Guest Services
- ROXY Theatre, Pre-show Theatre
- ROXY Theatre, Show Theatre
- Main Street
- Hollywood Stunt Driver Arena
- Western Town
- Show Stage

Guests using a Wheelchair

For your enjoyment and convenience, all of our shopping and dining facilities are wheelchair accessible via ramps. Also, many of our shows and main street entertainment have areas reserved for guests with disabilities. Additionally, there are specific boarding requirements and accommodations for those using wheelchairs at each attraction.
Please visit Guest Services prior to attending our attractions be issued with a wristband to avoid unnecessary delays.

Casts, Braces or Supports

Guests with a cast, brace or support on one or more limbs will be restricted from riding rides where the cast, brace or support may present a hazard to the guest or others. As situations vary, our Guest Services team assist guests with a disability, strapping or bandages to a limb to plan their day on an individual basis and determine which attractions can be undertaken safely.
